Pomnik Powstania Warszawskiego
Pomnik Powstania Warszawskiego
- This monument needs no introduction. It represents the fighting spirit
of the Polish people against the enemy. I shot this monument from the ground
in order to give it a bigger, impressive presence. I waited for the clouds
to show up so I could take a long exposure shot. The way the clouds are
moving gives speed to the Polish fighters.
Zachęta National Gallery of Art
Zachęta National Gallery of Art in
the center of Warsaw. I did a long exposure in order to get the very deep
blue sky. In reality, the sky was much darker, but when doing a long exposure
shot, the camera is able to get the deep blue that the eye can’t see. I
like the composition with the statue in the foreground.
